    Contact the store where you purchased your product to request a replacement.

  • Q Required Warranty Information

    A · Proof of purchase (a screenshot of the online order if no invoice is available).
    · Pictures or videos of the damaged product.
    · Serial number and security code (with a picture).
  • Q Warranty Coverage

    A

    Non-consumable products are eligible for after-sales service. Note that pods, glass, and other consumable products are not covered.

  • Q Warranty Period

    A

    HiFlow provides a 90-day quality assurance period from the purchase date. The warranty period starts from the date on your invoice.
