  • Q How to change the e-liquid?

    A 1.  Fill carefully: Refill the e-liquid without touching the internal parts.
    2.  Avoid squeezing the bottle frequently: Close the silicone pad tightly after refilling. Wait for 3 minutes before using.
  • Q What if the device doesn't fire?

    A 1.  Turn on the device: Make sure it's powered on.
    2.  Check the battery: Ensure the device is fully charged. If not, charge it for half an hour and try again.
    3.  Check the battery indicator: Draw and vape to see if the battery indicator lights up. If it still doesn't work, the auto-draw feature might be malfunctioning.
    4.  Contact support: Reach out to our support team for help.
  • Q What if the device won't charge?

    A 1.  Check the charger: Ensure the charger is working properly.
    2.  Try a different adapter and cable: Use a different adapter and cable to charge the device for half an hour.
    3.  Use the recommended adapter: Follow the user manual for the correct charging adapter.
  • Q Why can’t I draw vapor from the device?

    A 1.  Check the battery level: Make sure the battery is charged. If it's low, recharge it.
    2.  Check the e-liquid level: If you've been using the device for a while and can't draw vapor, the e-liquid might be empty. Refill the e-liquid or use a new e-cigarette.
